Converted in 1991, J.J. Papin began his pastoral journey in 1993 at the Bolosse Baptist Church, where God called him to the newly established Ministry of the Deaf. For 13 years, he devoted himself entirely to this ministry, helping and supporting deaf people in their spiritual, moral, and social journey. He served as an interpreter, teacher, and spiritual advisor. He even trained other leaders to strengthen this ministry. His work also involved addressing various issues related to the spiritual and social conflicts they faced on a daily basis, helping them regain hope through knowledge of God's Word.

Desiring to use music as a means of spreading the Gospel, he founded Promogos Distribution in 2001. He produced, promoted, and sold the albums of the artists he worked with throughout the country. At the time, he had created a website, "promogos.com," to promote artists and share the Gospel. He worked on this project for four years, but the country's political situation and lack of support forced him to end it.

 

However, this did not extinguish the flame that drove him. Aware of the daily challenges faced by young people in different regions of his country, he founded Cercle Efficacité in 2005. During this activity, he led group meetings and gave talks on personal development and success in ministry. He even hosted a radio show named after his activity, "Cercle Efficacité," for two years. His goal was to help young people become aware of the reality of life and set goals according to God's will to avoid falling into drugs, theft, banditry, and sexual immorality, the dominant trends of the time.

In 2012, after deciding to leave the country for good, he finally understood that God was calling him to the ministry of preaching, mentoring, and biblical counseling. He therefore pursued theological studies to prepare for this vocation. He took his project and transformed it into Promogos Ministries, whose mission is now to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, promote piety, and prepare God's people for ministry. He created his network to spiritually accompany and support many people from diverse backgrounds. He led a Bible study with people from different churches. His vision was to help believers identify themselves as members of the Body of Christ and live according to God's will through knowledge of His Word.

Committed to living a life of obedience to the Word and faith, his deepest desire is to be an example of faith, piety, perseverance, and comfort to others. He is a very discreet, influential, and persuasive person. When it comes to sharing God's Word to help others grow, he always gives his all so that everyone not only hears the Word, but also learns it, keeps it, and applies it in their daily lives.

His preaching and teaching ministry is based on the principle: "Salvation by faith through grace."
