Church events and activities serve many important purposes. They are a vital part of a healthy ministry. From connecting new people, serving the community, providing opportunities for fellowship and fun, deepening people’s faith, creating memories and celebrations, and so much more, they play an important role in the Church.

Effective planning is a critical factor in ensuring the success of any event or activity and achieving its desired goals. Without it, we can only guess and hope that our event will go as planned.

At Promogos Ministries, we strive to create an environment that cultivates and encourages teamwork, cooperation, unity in love, and ministerial commitment. One of the ways we seek to achieve this goal is through the Promogos Events and Activities Team, which brings together a group of dedicated individuals who focus on carrying out the events, activities, and initiatives of our ministries to enhance and expand the spiritual experience of our members and our community.

 

This department brings together enthusiastic, imaginative, creative, team-oriented, open-minded, committed, and godly individuals to work in planning, organizing, and executing the events and activities of the various ministries of Promogos Ministries. Most of our events are conferences, worship concerts, youth Bible competitions, special occasion gatherings, holiday celebration and more.

 

The department’s responsibility is to:

 

• Propose new ideas and initiatives that can bring the church together in rejoicing in the Lord.

• Provide action plans in planning and carrying out events and activities.

• Execute regular activities and events for the church.

• Build connections between ministries, departments and other churches.

• Have a positive impact on our community through their events and gathering activities.

• Share and implement ideas that support a dynamic and spiritual culture of growth.

 

Whether you enjoy brainstorming, planning projects, organizing events, proposing new ideas and initiatives or simply helping out, there is a place for you.
