Sometimes, due to lack of resources, tools and availability, some churches cannot adequately train and equip their leaders to advance ministries and meet the multiple spiritual and moral needs of their members, resulting in a lack of growth of their church both in quality and quantity. Ministry Rising is a leadership training and ministerial development program created by the Promogos School of Ministry team to accompany and assist churches in preparing and equipping their leaders and establishing ministries that will meet the spiritual needs of their congregation.

This is where Ministry Rising comes in to train, equip, and support these churches. With our mission to proclaim the gospel, promote godliness, and prepare and equip the Body of Christ for the work of ministry, we partner with churches that are facing a leadership shortage and a lack of ministries that are geared toward the spiritual growth of the church. Our team of ministry trainers and biblical counselors analyze their demand, investigate the actual conditions of the church based on the active ministries they already have, the size of their church (membership), the spiritual orientation of the members, and their availability in order to offer them the training program that will best meet their needs.
