Sometimes, due to a lack of resources, tools, and leadership availability, some churches fail to adequately train and equip their leaders to advance their ministries and meet the multiple spiritual and moral needs of their members, resulting in a lack of growth, both qualitative and quantitative. Ministry Rising is a leadership training and ministerial program created by the Promogos Ministries to support and assist churches in preparing and equipping their leaders and establishing ministries that meet the spiritual needs of their congregations.

This is where Ministry Rising comes in to train, equip, and support these churches. With our mission to "Proclaim the Gospel, Promote Godliness, and Prepare and Equip the Body of Christ" for the work of ministry, we partner with churches facing a leadership shortage and/or a lack of ministries focused on spiritual growth. Our team of trainers and biblical counselors analyzes their needs and studies the actual situation of the church based on the ministries already active, the size of the church (membership), the spiritual orientation of the leaders and their availability, in order to offer them the training program best suited to their needs.
