MINISTRY RISING: A Ministry and Leadership Training Program
Since the goal of the Promogos ministry is to foster the spiritual growth of God's people and help them fulfill their calling, we care not only about the members of our church, but also about helping other churches establish their ministries. The definition of our name, "PROMOGOS," makes this clear: "To proclaim the gospel, promote godliness, and prepare and equip God's people for the work of ministry." Jesus sent not only His disciples to proclaim the gospel, but also all who would hear the message and believe it—that is, us today. This is what makes us His disciples, too.
By sending us out to make disciples among the nations by preaching and proclaiming the gospel message, Jesus didn't want us to do this only in our church, behind the pulpit, or in public places for those who don't know Him. He meant more than that. Remember, He said to go into the world. So, if making disciples means proclaiming the Gospel on the streets, we must do that; if it means preaching in church, we must do that too. But if it means going into churches to prepare and equip God's people to do the same, which is also a way of making disciples, we consider that as part of our mission, because as long as we succeed in preparing more people to proclaim the Gospel, we are guaranteed to reach more people for the kingdom.
Our Spirit-filled leaders have decided, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, to implement a program that can help any church that feels the need to prepare and equip its leaders to grow in the knowledge of God's Word so that they become better at their ministry. Which is why we have Ministry Rising.
Why Ministry Rising?
Sometimes, due to a lack of resources, adequate tools, and available leadership, some churches fail to adequately train and equip their leaders to advance their ministries and meet the multiple spiritual and moral needs of their members, resulting in a lack of growth, both qualitative and quantitative. Ministry Rising is a leadership and ministry training program created by Promogos Ministries to support and assist churches in preparing and equipping their leaders and establishing ministries that meet the spiritual needs of their congregations.
We don't claim to be more knowledgeable or offer the best training program than anyone else, but we do believe that any additional training, no matter how small, can have a significant impact on ministry. This is where Ministry Rising comes in to train, equip, and support these churches. With our mission: "To proclaim the Gospel, promote godliness, prepare and equip the Body of Christ for the work of ministry," we partner with churches facing leadership shortages and/or a lack of ministries focused on true spiritual and coaching needs of its members. Our team of trainers and biblical counselors analyze their needs and study the actual situation of the church based on the ministries already active, the size of the church (membership), the spiritual orientation of the leaders, and their availability, in order to offer them the training program best suited to their needs.

Depending on the module chosen, participants will be able to:

A training completion certificate will be given to each participant at the closure of The training module.
